​Strip indoor unit and outdoor unit as appropriate.

Inspect air filters and apply antibacterial treatment. Check the condition and operation of components including veins, coil, fans, and louvers, and adjust as necessary. Clean heat exchangers (removing black mold) and coat with antibacterial treatment.

Apply antibacterial treatment to condensate drain.

Inspect refrigerant circuit for existing or potential leaks.

Clean the indoor and outdoor housing. Re-align and connect external capping as necessary.

Inspect for rust and treat. (Optional as additional fees may apply.)

Inspect for vermin damage and treat. (Optional as additional fees may apply.)

Maintain area around outdoor unit to avoid obstructions. Could include weeding. (Optional as additional fees may apply.)

Inspect for algae growth on outdoor heat exchanger and treat. (Optional as additional fees may apply.)

Confirm performance through temperature differential analysis.
